I have a similar problem as ttroyer, except I have a 94 5.0 and my A/C or vent won't blow out the vents at all. It blows out of the defroster vents or if I move it to floor it will work there correctly as well. I too have taken the bezel off and can see the door that allows the air to be passed to the vents but it will not open at all. I manually tried to get it open but I could tell if needed to pushed or pulled and it felt stuck either way. I recently cleaned my CAI filter and now I am wondering if the 94's still have the canisters in the RH fender well. I does seem like it quit working right about the same time as I cleaned the CAI now that I think of it. I have checked the vacuum lines and canister inside the car by the HVAC control unit and they are all connected and look to be ok. I would appreciate any info that anyone could give me. Thanks
