ALSO: When I am idling and turn the wheel all the way in one direction i get this wierd grinding noise that I hear inside the car. I think that might be related to the rattling while driving noise.

okay some problems i've got already:
1.) Some wierd rattling noise while driving, it seems to be based on my wheel speed. it has that "rock shacken in a tin can" sound to it, and its only while the car is moving so it has nothing to do with RPM. It is only heard from outside the car.
2.) whenever I go hard on the throttle these awful fumes come into the car, it makes me cough really bad. it doesn't really smell like gas or exhaust, kind of a mixture almost, but i've never smelt anything like it. Any ideas on this?
3.) my headlights point in all sorts of wierd directions, any idea on how to fix that?
4.) randomly my "low coolant" light will come on and off. There appears to be no coolant in the reservoir and I think that is exactly the problem, but who knows. the light came on so I pulled over and turned off the car, waited 5 mins, then turned the car back on and it was gone and never came back on for the rest of the night.

sounds like bad joints causing the grinding sound
as for no coolant in the resivoir i too came across this problem but only when i first got the stang i got home popped the hood and saw no coolant AHHHHHHHHHHHHH
not good so i put some in there and hasnt leaked yet
i havent really done proper maintence tho and ive had mine for like 3 months. lol still gotta FULLY change the oil i forgot about the 2nd plug so half my oil was new other half wasnt grrr headaches man
plus now i think my window regulator or door look is movin around in the passenger door when i take turns.
its always something but know what these cars get looks everywhere they go [8D]

Well man if your low coolant light comes on. get it checked, it could be somthing small. but mine started comming on and off and then now we think its a blown head gasket. 1k to fix. or just my radiator. definetly get that fixed. and congrats on your first stang. have fun

Couple things:
1.) I just filled the reservoir with water to take care of the light until I go to get the whole radiator and stuff professionally flushed.
2.) The car doesn't have cats, so that wouldn't be the reason why fumes are comming into the car, it has a bbk h-pipe and flowmasters.
3.) I should be getting new rims and tires soon so if the rattling while driving continues it will pinpoint it to something else. possibly the brakes.
