the 89's maybe i think were the last with the 85 MPH speedo... im pretty sure the 90-93 foxes all got the 140 MPH speedo. YOu can replace your older one for a newer one if needed.

^+1 They started making the 140's in 89. Also, you can replace it w/ the original but they are pretty expensive...

Ive had mine at redline in 5th gear w/ a 2.73. My friend whos a mechanical engineer calculated it out to be (theoretically) 172 @6000 RPM. I figure with drag more along the lines of 160-165. My speedo stops at 85 which is in the 3 o'clock position, I shift out of third when the needle hits the trip reset button which is at the 6 o'clock position.....the I got 2 more gears......
