I sure im am overreacting but I just figured it whould run closer to 6.8-9. If i could get my 60' foot times down I might could reach that, but the hesitation has to go.

ok i noticed you have a 3k stall and you are talking about it (pardon the expression) Falling on it's face at take off, Try pre loading it to 3k where it is bumping the stall and see how she runs there. also if you wanna try to light the tires without the brakes put the peddle down and let the stall do it's thing It should rev hit 3k get the trans going and just eat the tires from there. hope this helps ( i got the stall tips from my ol' nova i had before i got the el camino sucked hard from a dead stop but if you held it up to the converter it would fly.

they dont have any useable power below 2800rpm though. the valves are too big for a 308

it holds good until 2800-2900 then it roles out. the best money i spent on this set up is the nitto 555. That is the only thing keeping my times down.
