When I first switched from flowmaster 2 chambers to the slp lm1's it made it alot louder. It had the same tone but was alot more raspier. Now since i'm running 11.5.1 compression with a big cam and ported out exhaust ports it made it twice as loud.

Almost to loud for me

How would you rate the "raspiness" of loud mouths on a scale from 1-10?

from what i've heard the SLP's with a h pipe and long tubes has no raspiness and is real deep and ballsy.

I think Im going to do really mismatched combination and go w/ BBK shorties, MAC prochamber and SLP's if possible.

they go in place of your flowmasters. SLP uses baffled tubes (resonators) instead of mufflers. they weigh less, too.
