Default To keep or not to keep...

I have a '90 mustang, the interior is not too bad, but needs TLC. The engine has some mods, Cobra air-intake, new radiator, headers, etc... -- it runs great (when it wakes up on the right side of the parking space) but hesitates, coughs, farts everynow and then...(probably just needs TLC as I don't drive it but on the weekends.....sometimes). -- How hard is it to restore it to GREAT conditions? Where would I take it to determine if it's worth the $$? and WHO (<--- biggie here folks) shopwise would I trust???

i would do i myself because its fun and you know exactlly whas going into your engine. it would be better to rebuild it because you can chose what to buy instead of buying a new car with stuff you dont want.
