I sugest the cobra manifold in this case.

Convert the exterior to a Cobra clone. People will see right past it anyway. Don't waste your time trying to copy the motor. Buy the Edelbrock.

i watched something where they put a edelbrock, typhoon, & cobra intake on the same motor to see the diff gains.

off jump the cobra produced more quicker, but if im not mistake above 3500+ the cobra intake stops producing as to where the edelbrock & typhoon pretty much produced equal numbers.

i wouldnt get a cobra intake being dunno, just wouldnt get it, i would get edelbrock/tyhpoon. depending on the money situation you have.

I would go with Edelbrock. I got the Typhoon and i had to port the lower out cause the runners were so rough with casting slag. Dont waste the time coverting the motor to a Cobra, it only produced marginally bigger hp numbers than the stock 5.0. Only difference is the motor had GT-40 heads and Cobra intake.

Cobras had a few more bonuses then just the heads and intake manifold...65MM Throttle Body, 70MM Mass Air, 1.7 Rockers, #24 lb Injectors and a Cobra Computer.

why'd they have 24lbr's? wouldnt 19 be sufficient?
