AFR 165's and a custom cam would put you past the 300 mark. If you want to save some cash, GT-40 heads and a B303 cam would give you a nice bump too.

i dont understand what u mean with AFR 165 would a cam. u mean heads from AFR and cams? also i was thinking of GT-40 heads cause im told aluminum heads dont like the heat. they warp easlier than iron.

if your really wanting to stick with cast iron, world products makes windsor sr cast iron heads, you can find the mon summit or jegs. they are the ones that make the man o war racing blocks, so its good stuff and i believe it was around 400 only for an asembled head.

You could get Racing Head Service heads for cheaper & personally I'd rather trust Comp or Crane for cam advice(no offense).

EDIT: The thing about iron vs. aluminum: it's obviously true but you will never be running that much power & just put on ARP head studs if it bothers you that much.
