I have a 98 v6 auto. I have a few bolt-ons and well I'm not satisfied with it. I have made up my mind I want to do a motor swap. Can anybody give me some advice?Has anybody here done it? What parts do I need besides the obvious? Please help before I blow up my car!!![:@][:@] Thanks

try adding a nitrous kit, it will really wake up that v-6
then when you blow it up put a 5.0 in there.

blow up the 3.8 with some nitrous then put a 4.6 or 5.0 in [8D]

it will last a long time before it blows unless you go with a rediculous shot like a 250 shot, then it will last a couple seconds mabye.

I want to get the new motor first then i well do all that! So does anyone have any suggestions on motor I can put in? (what year?)

get a 89-92 5.0 they came with forged pistons.

1st blow up that biaatch, then throw in a v8(5.0) but go for a CARB setup.. these sensors and electrics are so full of problems.... cheeeeers
