Well I have a 92 Gt im turning into a fun weekend street car. I was wondering peoples opinions about something. I know what time u need a cage for but at what point do u say screw the backseat and throw a cage in it. I mean i dont hardly ever have ne one ride in it now, but three may be a time when i need it and i dont want to screw myself over.

I got rid of my rear seat a few days after I got it. I had a 4 pt. roll bar installed but plan on up grading to a 6 or 8 pt cage soon.

I just got rid of my back seat when I took the rear quater panels out when I took the car to paint. Thoses seats weight more than I thought they did and there is so much more room without them.

Well ok the concensus is the backseat is gone, hehe. that will make plenty of room for the cage, sub box, amp, and nitrous bottle. Plus with the cage ill have somewhere to mount the harness for the seats. Oh and about the comment on street racing... I dont condone it, Im not gonna lie and say ive never done it, and its deff a rush. But the only time id ever do it now is out in the country with long straight roads and no cops. Besides if i kill myself then im screwed, but i couldnt stand the thought if harming someone else cause of my stupidity.
