Default 65mm TB and pullys

hey buds, was woundering what will a 65mm thottle body and smaller pullys(crank&waterpump) would do over stock? what are the gains? theyr going for less then $100 used in good shape.. worth it?.. what effect would the pullys do.. driveable?

pulleys = about 10-15 hp (1-1.5 tenths cut of ET)

x2. a new set of pulleys go for about $50 these days, so i would just buy those and save the rest of the $ for gas or maintenance
