The driveshaft is on the rhs of the trans tunnel too....

there should be a tag, i believe on the tailshaft. im not sure though.

Bad motor mounts trans mounts? Was it hit in the front before?

Is it the right crossmember for the tranny? Look to see if the tranny mount is in the crossmember. From the pics, it looks like a T5

it could be that there was an auto trans in it before. the hole looks different than mine.
