Default Smog delete on 95 Gt

Do I need an eliminator kit or do I just get a smaller belt. The smog is not hooked up right now due to an o/r h-pipe. If you can all help me out if would be very much appreciated.

We were going to bypass it on my friend's 94 but couldnt due to the location of the tensioner. You'll have to buy the delete and do some jerry rigging with the tension and possibly the idler pulley.

I meant to say or not and (brain lapse). If you buy the delete it just keeps the belt pulled out so the tensioner works properly. What I meant by the jerry rigging was moving the tensioner up to the idler pulley and bypassing the pump that way. Not sure if it would work or not.
