25% Loss on cyl 6 going up through the intake.

So new heads it is! And while I'm at it new intake manifold, throttle body, and egr spacer. I also need a new intake as I just noticed my stock filterbox is broken on the bad side.

That it is...

They yanked the heads off today - #6 was scored at the bottom and the valves were bunged up.

So... .030" over bore, forged pistons, F303 cam, aluminum heads, new intake manifold, 70mm TB&EGR, Mac CAI, 75-ish (haven't picked one out yet) MAF, balanced and stuffed back in.

Already have Mac headers, no cats, H-pipe, and Flowmasters (2-chambers iirc), so I'm hoping for the best.

Funny part is that even with #6 screwed up it was still putting over 200 hp to the rear wheels.

Estimate is about five large. But then there's always ebay for the leftover stuff. A couple hundred bucks and the heads are good as new, etc.

I'm up in Bellingham, WA right by the border.

The car should be a hoot when it is done.
