Is that all the mods that you have in your sig? If it is, the first thing I would get is 4.10 gears, shift kit, and a nice stall converter.

on a budget, the best thing you can do is a full tune up:

Plugs/wires, distributor cap/rotor, oil/oil filter change, fuel filter, K&N panel filter for stock airbox, remove air silencer (google search will find pages w/ instructions and pics), bump timing up a couple of degrees (not more than 12ish w/o using higher octane gas)....all that for starters.

Plugs--Autolite=$1-2 per plug
Wires--FRPP, MSD, Taylor=$35-70/set
Cap/rotor--Off brand, MSD, Motorcraft=$15-25
Oil/oil filter--Whatever oil you use=$8, Wix/motorcraft filter=$8-10
Fuel filter=$10-15
K&N=$40
Total=~$150 or so, depending on the brands you choose.

Some of those can be found at your local auto parts store, some will be cheaper online, but you'll have to wait for them. After that stuff is done, save up a few hundred and get gears. 4.10's since you have a slush bucket AOD....gears will give you the biggest gains speed/time wise.

EDIT: Sorry, I missed your sig....scratch a few of those off the list
