I'd start with the heads man. Sure they cost almost 3 times as much, but you'll get more than 3 times the benefit.
But if you must get the intake manifold first, yeah, the AFR heads are supposed to be direct replacement parts, so just about any intake manifold should bolt up to them.

I always heard that when you have a high-miles car like mine, 107000, you should get a rebuild before you add any real performance parts, otherwise you might blow a piston ring. SoI was going to start with the intake, which would make a big enough diff that I could tell, then start the new block and heads when I had the money.</P>
