Will the top from a earliar fox body fit on my 88 gt? my top is pretty bad and i just found a early 80's mustang with a brand new top on it , and need to know if it will fit mine, im think it will because its still a foxbody!

any help will be appreciated

i dont know, but i do knwo that when tops are fitted and cut and stretched its a one time shot, i dont think you'll be able to reuse one.... check out the local apostry shop they usaully go for $500 installed brand new....

What year 80s?

Tops were the same from 83 to 90 but changes from 91 to 93

But I think the only thing that changed was the color from 90 to 91...but I could be wrong.

i planed on taking the whole FRame of the top so unboltin it from one and bolting in to the other one!
