Default Convert my GT convertible to a 2-seater...

But probably not in the way you're thinking. First, I want to get a rear seat delete. But those things would look ugly in a vert with the top down. While looking for a solution I came across this. It looks like a pretty good solution. It drops the weight of the vehicle even more without making it look too bad. Actually makes it look like a 2 seater roadster. But I wanna know a few things before I drop $500+ on one of these.

Has anyone seen these before? It seems nice, but I would want to make sure it fits good and looks nice. Does it seem like a good idea or does it just seem / look stupid?

Is there anything else out there that does the same basic thing or is this the only place and style out there? I'd love to find some other options.

Or even better (and lighter).. How do you think this kit here looks? It's a lot cheaper, lighter, and I actually think I like the looks better. Looks less... I dunno...less like rice

I think it looks pretty good. If you ever watch Horsepower tv one of the hosts has it on his black sn95 convertible. For someone reason I'm wanting to think they call it project nightmare.

Yeah, I think I may get one of those as a winter project. It wil give me something to do during the winter while it's stored in the garage. I am curious what I am supposed to do with it when i want to put the top up while in a store though. That's another reason why I was leaning towardsthe soft kit.

Does the soft kit really look that ugly?
