hey i was wondering if they changed the 5.0L then they changed the body stuff in '87?.....if they did what?....wich is better? and if hte newer one is better is it possible to do a swap and if so how hard is it to do?

In the 86 and older there induction sytem has a speed density air induction system all you have to basically do is switch that to a mass air induction system.
Excuse me... what does that do? I've got an 81 302 and an 86 302 with efi and I'm trying to figure out which would be easier to stuff into my 79.5.
88 and below is speed density. 89 and up is mass air. they have kits for like 500.00 and with a mass air you will be able 2 get more available power out ofd your 5.0
