Default Timing bump and fp bump

Whats the recomended bump in timing and FP for a stock motor, 4deg beyond, and 3-4psi?

It depends on your own car for the timing. Most will say 14 degrees is safe, but my car pinged slightly, even with 93 octane. I would say start at 13 and and see if it pings. If it is good, go up 1 degree at a time until it pings, then back off one. Make sure to use premium. I wouldn't raise the fuel pressure on a stock car unless it is running lean.
