AC compressor no good - need belt reroute!
like the topic said, my ac compressor just went out. the clutch is permastuck and it seems like the bearings are screwed, it's for sure just burning something as it spins. my question is, am i able to reroute the same belt and bypass the ac compressor? help is REALLY appreciated.

use a piece of rope or something and put it around the path you want the belt to be.
go to an auto store and get like 3 belts close to the length
then take the ones that dont fit back

take a flexible tape measure and measure it or else use a piece of string, mark it and measure it, go to the parts store and buy five belts relatively close to that dimension and see which one fits best....jmo thats what i'd do....then return the ones u dont use
