My front headlights are out on my 90 gt, all the other lights work fine, and the brights illuminate only when holding the arm back, the don't stay toggled though.. i'm thinking there is a problem with the arm itself but I will try to replace the bulbs anyway.. any other suggestions?

bulbs would be either brights or lows not both dependant of the switch, has to be the switch...

If your bulbs are good your headlight switch is bad.

brights dont stay on if you pull the lever, you have to push it back to keep them on lol

LoL, that's what I was gonna say... replace the bulbs to get your low beams back. Then push the lever, don't pull it
