RE: pictures of battle boxes and under hood
super easy on the lowers, all you have to do is jack the rear end up with the car on stands, and take the nut off of the lower control arm and put the box in place, (the box already has a hole drilled to fit over the bolt of the lower control arm) and then bolt the nut back on and drill 3 holes into the floor under the seat, only 3 b/c you pull the rubber plug out and use that opening for the 4th hole, put the top plate on and bolt into place. (I'm going to weld later, it said you can weld at a later date).
The uppers were a little more involved but easy, jack car up, rear end on jack undo the shocks, unbolt the uppers and I removed them b/c it freed up more room to work, drill a hole through the existing braket and that is your first hole, then put the bracket under the car and drill 3 more holes that are already in the bracket, then drop the bolts through and bolt them up, it took about 3 hours to do both uppers and lowers!!!!!

do you plan to weld the plates to the floor?
when i did mine i was afraid of the plate shifting under high stress so i welded the plates to the body (inside and out) and welded all the bolt heads and nuts so they couldnt come loose

I would drill several holes in the plates (only) and then plug weld them to the body as well as all around them.
the plug welds will make them REAL strong.......

They reinforce the lower and upper control arms, the chassis where they bolt into was splitting, so you buy torque boxes (battle boxes) to fix the problem. My chassis was cracking on both of the lowers, cheap fix $80
