I tried to post a pic but the pic was too big and i do not know how to resize. Anyway if you look at the 5.0 from the front, to left of the intake and slightly at the back of it( more passanger side) there is a round cylinder type thing with a spout which looks like a line would go on it, however mine does not have on. Does anyone know where it goes or even what it is. Thanks sorry i knw its hard with no pics

open the pic up in paint and resize it, just put in 50%x50%

you can go into MS Paint and resize the image by %. But even if you cant do % and can only do pixels or inches.. just take whatever the current number is for both horizontal and vertical and cut it in 1/2.

sounds like you are talking about the IAC valve, but get a pic up and we can tell you for sure

That's your EGR valve and yes, you should have a vacuum line hooked up to it.

do you knwo where the other ends goes, sorry im new at these motors, and is this what is making my engine increase and degrease in RPMS. Thanks again
