Default 70mm TB

If I upgrade my TB to 70 mm, do I need to upgrade my injectors, or will the ones I have (24lbs) work?

Thanks,

Phil

your 24#ers will be fine.

Also a 70mm TB on your setup will prolly hurt you a bit, i'd go with 65mm at the biggest. Also, why did you put 24#ers on there ? You wouldof been fine wth 19#ers.

If you plan no modding the car more in the future just go with a 70mm. No point in going with a 65mm and than 6 months from now having to change again. It isnt going to hurt you that much not to get it.

It already has a 65mm TB in it, so this will be an upgrade for the heads / intake i guess.

Hell yea, if you are installing heads, etc. definetly go with the 70mm. If you have other things to spend the money on I would do that first because its not a necessity but it will help out a little bit with the extra 5mm.

LX92, what size MAF are you running? If you've already upgraded it, then the 70mm TB will be fine w/ the new combo. If not, then you shoud spend your $ there instead (or also, if you have enough). You're sig says BBK X, but doesn't mention headers or cat-back....Your new combo will be pumping more air thru the motor, so you need to be sure it has a place to go on the exhaust side.
