Ford Motorsport M-6250-B303 roller camshaft. With specs of 284-degrees advertised duration, 224 degrees at 0.050-inch tappet lift, a 0.480-inch valve lift with the stock H.O. 5.0-liter cam

lol, sorry guys thats an old one and its to find out which cams work with SD cars, but the stock cam is still there,


here is the updated list for more reliable sd cam choices shown in green and the ones that may work with more tuning and may not pass smog are in orange.
