I know i dont like these either...but how close would it be
How close would a race between a stock 2003 corvette with the LS1 be compared to my car.
my car has HCI 3:55 gears with a 5 speed, upgraded suspension (for road not drag but does have new uppers and lowers)
running about 305RWHP and 320RWTQ

i know it would be close...it weighs more, but it is fairly more aerodynamic also. it would be close i think...from a dig anyway.

now i know ifit had the LS6 i wouldnt touch it...but i dont know how good of a driver he is either..
how would the ls1 vette compare to the ls1 camaro in the quarter, or 0-100?

i hate to tell you but i would have to go with the corvette on this one... it puts down over 350 horses.. but i'll still give it a go.. maybe the driver sucks

^^ I use to own a WS6 LS1 and a friend of mine use to drive his dads LS1 Vette so I have an idea about the motor and still own a 5.0.
If it's from a roll your seriuosly toast. If that guy in the Vette knows his car and to drive he'll put easily 2+ cars without a doubt and just keep going. LS1 have a crazy top end.
From a dig running a 1/4 mile that will be intersting. I think you might get him off the line but he'll just catch up to you and win towards the end.
Not sure if the Vette is a 6 speed or auto can you post up which tranny it gots?
Also are you 305 RWHP on all motor??
