bracing question

Default bracing question

i'm looking to put a sub box in the back of my fox but this bracing is in the way. is it load bearing? can i move it back some? general rule being measure twice, cut once. links are here. it's the V running from the middle

You can buy a rear shock tower brace and clearence those braces you have pictured but do not remove them. The car is flimsy as it is with them intact.
