It has 120,000, but it did not ping until I started changing the timing...I think.... Maybe I should just change it to 14* Let it ping till it blows up ahahahaha It is a light ping..

Dead time your engine and see if the zero mark lines up. The guy marked zero because he had an adjustable timing light.(just a guess)
You may be leaning out at WOT. You need larger injectors or more fuel pressure.
You can hammer out the rod bearings if you keep running it hard with it pinging.

hahahah of course not[8D] But when I move it to the mark the previous owner left 0* it idles kinda low like it's loosing power..

First things first, how easy have you or the original owner been on this engine? If the engine has a lot of carbon build up, then it will increase the compression ratio which will cause your pinging. Another reason could be because of clogged cats, do you still have the original cats? How long ago has it been since you've replaced the HEGO sensors (o2 sensors)? Have you done a tune up lately?
I don't think that the harmonic balancer is the problem, if it was you would have noticed a pretty severe vibration.

The balancer shows 10 ---- 0 ----- 10 ----- 20 -----30... I put it toward the 30 side... I don't know if the balancer could be off? But the marks on the balancer itself look perfect..
