its the rear and its a hub .. I dont know how to take off the hub . The center of it is round with two post faceing each other but not connecting.. what tool do i use to get the hub off

I think you can take the whole axle out without unbolting anything but I might be wrong. Take the cover off and there should be some kind of clip holding the axle in place. Ive seen a few cars lose an axle at the track with the wheel still on it so it must be possible to remove it like that on purpose.
Before when I read hub I automatically assumed front.

There is no rear hub. The wheel studs are pressed into the axle. Get a Dremel tool with a cutoff wheel and cut the stud and nut.
