I might just take it out as here in texas we dont have very cold winters and I dont drive it as a daily driver, I'll just get a nice neat hose to tie the two together instead of that ugly mess currently there.....

I just bypassed mine b/c the damn tube pulled out thru the firewall when I tried to put new hoses on it.[:@] I'm going to do the swap in the next couple of weeks, I think. ...not looking forward to it.
