distributor help!

i need to apparently replace the distributor for v6 3.8l to get to run.... i found a few places to see what one is worth they said around 200+. my question is how hard is it to replace one? one place said around 56$ for the hour work to put it in but then i would have to get it towed down there which is another 40$.

not hard. take off dist cap and note where bug is pointing, pull dist and install new one with the bug in the same location
