My body of my 89 LX has about 120 k on it and the bushings are beging to squeak around turns and over bumps and ext. Is there any way i can freshen them up with out tearing them out from front to back and replacing them all. Would just re-greasing them with grease fittings do the trick and how cost effective would it all be. I wish i could put up with the noise cuz it just sounds so bad to roll up rumblin then er e!! er eeee!! squeak!! NOT COOL!

dude i got the same problem and its so embarrasing i cant even stand it anymore. i need control arm bushings and i also need controll arm balljoints. it sux. pst makes a good kit that im plannin on buying. if you ever had a 5.0 mustang and superfords magazine then you will see the add on the back cover. i think the kit is from 150-200$

i saw on "trucks" on the powerblock the guy mentioned greasing the bearings so they didnt squeak. try it...if it doesnt work get new ones or go to a junkyard and get used but decent ones.

you can spray some lub on them this is a kwik fix but not the solution
