oil change question ASAPPPPP

i just bought that castrol gtx high mileage oil, a whole gallon. is that enough for a simple oil change? im thinking i need one more quart.

it came in 1 gallon.

im horrible at math, so is 5 quarts equal to 1 gallon? or is to less or to much?

1 gallon is 4 qts

you need about 4.5qts... get more

Just go buy another quart and you will be fine. My car usually only takes 4.5 quarts too. And I drain that biatch pretty damn good. I jack the rear and pull the front plug on the pan and than I jack the front and pull the rear plug on the pan so it shift all the oil. And I make sure that the oil is warm so it comes out a little thinner.
