too bad, they went through quite a change a little while ago, prices stayed real low but quality/durability went way up.... so i've heard.

look at those jba heads look at those clean welds where the 4 tube collect... show me a mac or any other low buck header looks like that ..most I put on for people I have to grind all kinds of crap away.coarse most installers would just pull them on

I just installed MAC longtubes and a prochamber saturday and the went in fine everything lined up. Its just a pain in the *** to get longtubes in thats all

Oh yea and my headers were bought used with no rust and have had em on for about 6 mos and no rust yet either...I think it just depends on where you live and what type of header you get ..i.e. chrome or ceramic coated. Mine are coated so that may be the reason, although i have seen bbk jba AND mac headers that are chrome that rusted out.
