no coolant goes through the upper intake but coolant does go through the egr spacer.

Ok I will work on it and see how it goes. I must just have something mixed up because under the upper intake on the back there are 3 vaccum lines I have them hooked up. And the only other line I think is for oil it is in the back of the manifold I will send a picture so you know what im talking about. So the line that goes into that hole that is where im getting coolant.

Something is mixed up, thats the pcv hole. The line from your upper intake goes to the pcv and the pcv sits in that hole. Make sure you didnt connect the hoses from the coolant tubes to any vacuum ports.

Well I went out and worked on it some more and found out it was leaking by the egr plate. Here is the picture. So what I did was plug the two hoses that attach to the egr plate and started the car and that stoped the leaking of antifreeze. So do you think I can leave the two egr lines pluged or do I really need them? The plate in the back ground im not sure if that the right one or not I bougt it from a ford dealership but they could of been wrong.

You can leave it disconnected but i see where it was leaking because if you look at the gasket you can see between the 2 bottom holes that the gasket wasnt on the egr plate properly. Maybe you have the wrong gasket.
