your going to have to disassemble the entire transmission and swap out the input shaft...

you might as well just fix the 95 tranny

now THERE is a waste of $3700.. a transmission that only holds 440 ft/lbs torque...

you can buy a G-force T-5 which weighs less, and handles 600ft/lbs torque for $2000

I dont think the inputs are different lengths, they dont sell different tko's for 94-95 years and the bellhousing for them are from 79-95

why does nobody ever listen to me...

Modern Driveline - T-5 History

"1994 and 95 were the last two years Ford used the T-5 behind a V-8. With the introduction of the SN95 Mustangs, the bell housings in both 3.8L and 5.0L were made deeper to place the T-5 shifter in the correct location to the body. This in turn made the input shaft longer. "

and you guys wonder why i get all pissed off and act like an ******* when people dont listen to me

The difference is input shaft and bellhousing. Both are 5/8 in longer in the sn-95
87-93 t-5...Is it possible maybe to modify the shifter to clear the dash? BUT this may make the driveshaft too short !!! Get one to fit what you got it's much easier
