Default Where do I tap the fuel pressure gauge?

I bought an ajd FPR and gauge, I got the FPR in, but don't know where to put the gauge? Do I physically have to tap the line? Shouldn't there be a fitting for this to screw into somewhere on the line?

Thanks

I think there is a fitting in front of the passenger side valve cover, i believe you just need an adapter to go from teh line to the guage. No instructions withthe gauge?

My BBK has a hole in it, its plugged when you get it, but it screws right out. I think you can use the schrader (sp) valve also, not possitive tho.

You got any pics of it ? Or a link to some pictures of it.

here's a link...

http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...tegoryId=10339

it mentions the shrader valve, but I dont know what/where that is. I did see a male fitting on the fuel line just in front of the passenger valve cover, but this gauge has a male fitting too, so i didnt even think about an adapter.

this is how my aeromotive is as well. you have to have an adapter for the guage to work with the schrader valve.

Yea, thats the schrader valve on the left fuel rail ( pass. side ) towards the front. Im sure it would be easier to use a steel braided fuel line also, so you can put it where its convenient for you. But i donno about a fitting that goes on it. I'm sure you can get one somewhere. Good luck

Mine also goes onto the schrader valve. Mine has a female fitting that goes on the shrader valve which is connected to an elbow and the gauge is on the elbow.
