major fuel issues i think?

who here knows alot about the whole fuel system? i believe my issue is with the fuel system but i want to get some tech on the fuel system before i purchase my fuel pump & adj. fpr.

Need to know the symptoms, i dont really feel like diagraming a fuel system for you...

man im not even sure its a fuel thing, i dont believe my check engine light is working so it maybe because thast suposoto be on that its running like crap. dunno. i just bought an obd2 code reader so im going to run it.
