man this is turning into wayyyy bigger of a deal than it ever needed to be. The harness that plugs into the maf has to be pulled out of that huge plastic thing, I just let my rubber gromet hang on the wire. Also, make sure you screw in the other sensor and hook up the hose near the top of the CAI.

ok i pulled that thing out already.

now the wire is attatched to that black tube, the stock pipe thing. with the little red needle thing inside of it ,i cant get that off for some reason.

Yea, you dotn need that huge plastic piece, i actuall think i just broke mine in half to get the wires out, much eariser than tryying to get them trough that little hole..

well it does suck, its pissing me off.

now i gotta go get ****ing 4 damn bolts and i have to be at work at 4. this is lame

try learning what some of these parts are... you cant get it out because its screwed in. if you had inspected your upper CAI tube you would have SEEN the threads

Can you post up some more pics of to where you are at now ? If you have all the wires free, now they just plug in, 1 into the maf, and 1 goes into the cai tubing, there should be a rubber grommet for it to hold it in tightly.

are you talking about the thing thats circled in this pic? It has a red thing inside of the end, it unscrews out. if i remember i needed a pretty big wrench b/c it was so tight in there.

I dont remember needing to get 4 bolts, i think i reused the ones that were originally on my car, you cant get them out of the plastic thing?
