exhaust manifold gasket

Does the stock manifold gasket work for aftermarket headers? Or do you have to get a specific gasket to fit your headers? I have flowtech shorties, and it doesn't look like the original gaskets are going to fit.

I would think they would. After all, the ports on the heads are what all headers have to mate against. Been wrong before though.

Yeah they'll work. If you're running aftermarket heads though you might want to look for those head specific header gaskets.
