Default SN95 hub/bearing question

Got a pair of SN95 spindles & hubs for a 5-lug conversion. I took the hub off the spindle to check the bearings. Needless to say, I ruined the 'nut keeper' thingy. I did manage to get the four thin nuts off without ruining them, though.

Is there a rebuild kit available with a new 'nut keeper' thingy? Do I need it?

Also, does anyone know the torque spec for putting the nuts back on?

Any auto parts store should have the nut keeper thingy in the "help" section
