Its probbaly the same reason the cobra intakes dont work onsn95s cars. They dont have provisions for some emissions or vaccum hose.

y don't they? haven't u ever heard of a 94-95 cobra they come with cobra intakes but call me crazy.

i would stay away from the bbk intake it sucks anyway. i would recommend trickflow the holley for sure. heard alot of good things from the drag racers around town. edelbrock makes good intakes as well u just have to choose one that fits ur application

The whole throttle body on the 94-95 is different. The fox throttle body has a square bolt pattern, the 94-95 is rectangular. The fox TB is mounted with the throttle lever on the bottom. The plug for the TPS is different as well. I've seen the 94-95 cobra intakes on ebay before. They're one piece like the stock 94-95 upper. I think they also make an elbow that allows you to use your existing throttle body on a fox manifold.

Well there is an awful lot of guessing going on in this thread.

Someone once told me "If you dont know the answer, dont post useless information!"

so here it is. Fox body intake will not work on SN-95 cars because there is no provision for the EGR and the TB will be mounted in the wrong location. To get a fox intake... or rather ALL aftermarket 5.0 intakes... to work on a SN-95 you need one of THESE

I dont see why things like this are so complicated!

That's the elbow I was talking about. Ford racing makes one as well (M-9927-A50). I was just pointing out that not only is the trottle body mounted in a different position, it's completely different.

i heard they dont fit because the sn and fox have differenct coolant passages in the throttle body, so the oil doesnt circulate properly. on top of that, the abs sensor on the throttle blade is in the middle instead of on the edge of the plate

Actually, the SN-95 throttle body does not have coolant flowing through it. Coolant also does not flow through the upper intake manifold. As for the "ABS sensor" youve got me there... im looking at my stock throttle body and I dont see any sensors other than the TPS and IAC
