I would think they make pretty much the same power. Not too far off as far as specs for each of them is concerned. I am runninga stage 2 TFS cam in my motor and saw about 10-13 HP more at the wheels than the average TFS setup on Foxes. Lots more torque too, like 25 ft/lbs. I have 1.6 RR though. Not the 1.7's. I would stick with the e-cam, and not waste the money on the stage 1. Its alot of trouble for a gamble on gains. Unless you just like blowing money and time.

I have the TF stange 1 cam and I love it, I have never experienced the E-cam but I have heard it. The TF stage 1 cam sounds alot more aggressive in my opinion.

I THINK WE NEED TO GET ADDER INVOLVED..... Hey ADDER!!!!!

I THINK WE NEED TO GET ADDER INVOLVED..... Hey ADDER!!!!!
Why do I always have to get dragged into this ****......

E-cam specs... .498/.498 lift with 1.6 rockers 224°/224° duration at .050 valve lift
TFS1 specs.... .498/.510 lift with 1.6 rockers 221°/225° duration at .050 valve lift

I would say the determining factor as to which cam would make better power would come down to the duration difference seen with the two cams on intake... the TFS1 cam leaves the intake valve open for less time at the same lift, thereby limiting the amount of air that will enter the cylinder. However.. The TFS1 can will make some of that back with its higher lift and ever so slightly longer duration on the exhaust valve.

I dont think you would see a very big difference between the two cams. I would have to further analyze the LSA and cam events timing to give you a better idea... but.. I would still take the Steeda #19 with 1.7 ratio rockers over both of those
