I'm thinking of buying a new intake and i like the way ssi looks but what do you guys think or witch one should i go with..........

Lotta people on here dont like it. I love mine. I bought it for looks and have had it for over a year now with no problems. If youre looking for more hp might wanna go with a trickflow or something else. Just my opinion. Do what you want as its your car!

by far the best looking 5.0 intake that i have seen, dont know about performance but like gt884me said i hear its not the best

ive asked here... over all consensus... it sucks and isnt worth it, but thats not my 1st hand experiance. just wut i hear, so take that for wut its worth

i kinda think there ugly but to each his own. i know as far as power goes i know a couple months back 50mustang mag did a comparison between the ssi and the ported cobra. there wasnt much of a difference. im alittle flaky about what it said. ive got it somewhere

this topic has reoccured several times, a search for BBK SSI will yield more answers to this question, and it'll make your decision pretty easy..lol good luck, welcome to the forums
