I disagreee. Honestly alot of it has to do with how you drive it. Because technically the stock clutch could hold 600-700+ horsepower... but the first time you rev high and dump the clutch it's gone... think of it that way. Honestly, if you like to race around on the streets when you get the chance and take it to the strip a couple times a month, that stock clutch will wear out in about a year even with a bone stock 5.0. Now take that same scenario but add a mild supercharger... that clutch could be trashed in half a year if you beat up on it. so I guess the answer is... you can't rate this by hp, but by driving style.

I changed mine after I got over 300. I went with a Centerforce dual friction, but I'm at450to 500 HP. Go with a SPEC or even a King Cobra and you'll have WAY more room. You should always think ahead about where you're looking to go.
