Are you referring to the piping itself or the tips? If your refeering to the piping, its fine and who cares if it looks good. How many people are going to get on their hands and knees to look at your catback? And as for the tips, if they are 2.5" thats not big at all. Mine are 3.5"

2.5" tips are OK.... a little small IMO. 3" are pefect but my SLP's came with 3.5".... should look good though. They are double walled tips though so it kind of takes away from that fart can look.

i had 3 1/2" tips on my car with my mac exaust but the hangers broke and the tips got all nasty looking for the salt and dirt road i lived on so i took them off now it dumps right behind my axel and i think it sounds bad ***
