Default 95 5.0 upgrades

First I'm new to this site, so im sorry to re-ask some questions.
I'm a long time owner of mustangs, my first is a 65 and i still have it.
My problem is that I just picked up a 99GT with some minor drivetrain mods and I dusted my Wifes 95gt.
She doesnt like loosing, so I need to upgrade her car...
Currently she is all stock except for a K&N airfilter and some FlowMaster Mufflers.
Her car is a daily driver with 150k miles on it.
What suggestions do you have without spraying or dumping a ton of money in the car......

well im th owner or a 95gt with about 125k and daily driver too, i started with the throttle body and CAI from there i took it too headers and x pip + cat back which u said she has. i always like a completed exhaust system before moving on to anything else. from there i put in a 95 cobra intake which was costly so i would sugest putting down money for a H/C/I kit with tht exhaust, tb cai u should fly nice. the cost will obviously come from the H/C/I kit but all tht should be nice without having to slap the money down for a supercharger just to blow ur heads.

You can also get some freebies like bumping the timing, removing or bypassing the smog and AC.

It is a 5spd.
How much did the new intake really give you? was it noticeable gains from the drivers seat? or only on the dyno?
I keep seeing these Balanced and Blueprinted 302 motors on ebay that are suppose to push near 400hp. These are advertized for carbs.
are these motors any good?
would i be able to use my wifes intake and throttle body on one of these engines?

there is a possibility your intake manifold and throttle body would fit on one of those, but it would flow like crap, and not run very good. I would just start by doing minor mods like said above.. full exhaust, gears, then perhaps a upper and lower intake manifold. Or just get some new heads, a new cam, and intake manifolds.

how about these underdrive pullies? for my 99 or her car, are they really worth the money?
what is a good source for a built motor? around the 3-4K range? I dont plan on getting one now, but in another 50-75k miles....
