5-30 anyone know where i can get it, mustangtuning sells 5-20?
5-20 is for newer motors with tighter bearing clearances. I wouldn't use it on a 5.0 liter. Stick with 5-30 or 10-30.

Run 5w-30 valvoline max life high mileage non-synthetic. My car runs great with it.

I would use 5w-30, you can get it at almost any auto parts store. I dont know why your wasting your money with an auto to manual swap though, i dont know why anybody does that. So much money, when you could just put a shift kit and good stall converter in an auto and run better times than the manual, in almost all cases unless you are like a professional stick driver.

To put it simply, these aremulti-weight oils. Thenumberbefore the W denotes the weight of the oil when it is cold. The number after the W refers to the oil's weight when it's hot. The higher the numbers, the thicker the oil.

By the way, I use Valvoline Maxlife 10w30, and my car runs noticeably better on it than other oils.
