What type of fluif for a t5
is the tranny fluid atf type f, or something else.

It takes reg auto trans fluid mercon/dexronIII. Of course if you can get synthetic its allways better.

would mercon dextron 5 work or not, it takes a little less than 3 qts right.

I am thinking its about 3qts or so. I am not sure if the merconV will work alright or not.

i used mobil 1 atf full synthetic , i like the stuff.
